Main Course:
- Pancetta-wrapped Roasted Turkey Breast with Herby Lemon& Pine nut Stuffing, Pigs in blankets and Gravy
- Braised Ham hock with Wholegrain Mustard Mash and Parsley Veloute
- Slowly Roasted Welsh Shoulder of Lamb, Aromatic Tomato Jus
